CPPIA firmly supports the pinpinguan program in China to demonstrate the association's commitment and support for a clean environment, and to encourage enterprises to join the global effort to prevent plastic resins loss and preferentially use the raw materials and services of enterprises which participated in pinpinguan program.

pinpinguan is a non-profit commonweal program. CPPIA is the only entity in China authorized the use of pinpinguan trademark to members, and is responsible for the work and financial management of pinpinguan China program.

The enterprises following can apply to participate in pinpinguan program: plastic resins (including recycled plastics) manufacturers, polymers additives producers, transportation and storage enterprises, plastic products producers, research and test related enterprises.

The members are required to fulfill their obligations, such behaviors will be deemed to be automatically waived or disqualified pinpinguan program membership: do not pay annual dues, do not meet the standard requirements of the pinpinguan program and so on.
